About me

I am a PhD candidate in physics at MIT advised by Prof. Isaac Chuang and Dr. John Chiaverini on experimental trapped-ion quantum information processing.

My experiments are done at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where I trap 40Ca+ ions to investigate new techniques in quantum computing and sensing.

My research focuses on using the large internal Hilbert spaces of atoms for novel quantum information processing applications.

I have led projects implementing algorithms for quantum error correction, quantum sensing, and quantum signal processing.

I am passionate about science communication, outreach, and making STEM education accessible to a wider range of students. I have chaired mentorship-based outreach programs at MIT and as part of the Goldwater Scholar Community.
